    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the Assistant Minister for that comprehensive answer. But unfortunately, the answer is out of date and he has acknowledged that. This is because this is a Question that came up in August, it was delayed, I pleaded with the Chair and it is now coming in December. I am just wondering about the supplementary question that I had. Some of the compensations that are yet to take place are claims made as early as 2009 and the Ministry is waiting for communication to come from the district. Has that information come or is it yet to come? I am seeking your guidance."
