Member, whom I respect as much as a man can respect another man, to mislead the House on this Bill? What is provided for under Clause 9(5) is not a board. Probably, it is just a slight oversight on his part. This is purely a selection committee, whose purpose is merely to collect the applications and shortlist the applicants. Would I be in order to ask the hon. Member to address it not as “board” but as “selection committee”?"
