"content": " Thank you, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I stand to support the Bill. In supporting this Bill, I take cognizance of the guiding principles of setting up the Magistrates and Judges Vetting Board, which are set out under Clause 5, which reads:- âIn the exercise of its powers or the performance of its functions under this Act, the Board shall at all times be guided by the principles and standards of judicial independence, natural justice and international best practice.â"
