"content": "I say this because we have very many examples of cases indicative of a non- performing Judiciary. It is said that justice delayed is justice denied. We have many examples where our Judiciary has failed us by delaying the hearing and determination of cases, for example, election petitions. Three years ago, we went to elections. After those elections, petitions were filed by certain people who were not satisfied with the election results in their respective constituencies. It is disheartening to note that three years down the line, some petitions have not been determined."
