    "content": "The prosecutions must now be moved away from ordinary police officers and be done by highly qualified, competent lawyers who should now be our prosecutors. Currently, we have problems with police officers themselves because they are also amenable to corruption. We want to know that professionals are prosecuting and judges are hearing and causing determination of cases. With those few remarks, I wish to support."
