One thing that I want to say is that as leaders and Members of Parliament we are here because of the transitional clause. Our responsibility is to be truthful and honest to the people of Kenya. The people of Kenya voted for a new Constitution. Therefore, our responsibility is to pass this according to the spirit of the new Constitution."
