    "content": "(b) The role of the Ministry is to ensure a fair play ground for all the petroleum products traders. This involves ensuring security of supply of petroleum products at competitive prices. The Ministry of Energy will, therefore, endeavour to ensure availability of petroleum products to meet the farmers' demands. However, I wish to advise farmers to form co-operative societies so that they can access or directly procure cheap petroleum products."
