    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I think the commitment of the Ministry is not in question. Some of the major road projects that are currently going on in the North Eastern Province include Isiolo-Merile Road, that has been under consideration for many years; it is now under construction. The remaining section is being designed; we hope to get started. I am sure that the the Government recognises the connection between the poor roads, the economy of that place and insecurity. We believe that construction of roads in that area will open up the place and reduce insecurity."
