    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in this current financial year, we intend to buy 134 vehicles; that is, assorted Land Rovers and cars, for the Provincial Administration. Already, 32 have arrived. We have ordered 117 vehicles for the police and 62 of them have arrived. We have also ordered 96 vehicles for the Administration Police (AP) and 12 have arrived as per the current financial year. So, the total number of vehicles we have ordered is 346 and in accordance with the Budget approved by you this year. That does not solve the problem because we require very many vehicles for this Ministry. This is the \"third\" financial year and we will continue to budget in the coming year to increase the number."
