All over northern Kenya where there is cattle rustling and persistent insecurity, you cannot get vehicles to serve the people. When I had a problem between my constituency and Samburu East, there was no vehicle in Isiolo and Wamba. I had to talk to the officers at the provincial level for a vehicle to be found to serve the people, unlike what the Assistant Minister has told the House. Could he tell us what plans he has?
