    "content": "Indeed, the Chair is going to make a pronouncement, or a ruling, on the authenticity of those documents. The substance of what was essentially to be a Personal Statement on that matter has been covered, but the hon. Member went beyond what he shared with the Chair. The dignity and decorum of the House dictates that we do have honesty in such matters. It was supposed to be purely a personal matter and he should not have gone beyond that. There are provisions in the Standing Orders to address other issues that one intends to raise. The Standing Orders are legitimate and can be used at the appropriate moment. A Personal Statement is a Personal Statement; please, always confine to whatever you share with the Chair."
