    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to plead and urge that our colleagues, who seem to be changing their mind or have mixed feelings or even hesitate to see the need to pass this Bill, should change their minds. This is an opportunity and if we lost it, we will not have an opportunity to recover. It is an opportunity for all of us; the young, the old, women and men, who have been given the privilege of leadership to lead from the front. Let us confront the nightmare of impunity and hold a dagger and strangle it once and for all for the future of this country."
