    "content": "First, I want to say that I have listened to hon. Members for the last three days as they contributed. I have also taken time to speak to my constituents and Kenyans and understand what they really want out of this whole process. Kenyans just want one thing: Justice! They are demanding justice. The women who are still in the IDP camps today are demanding justice. The people who were affected and brought down to zero after all they had stocked for many years was wiped out want justice. So, as we do whatever we do here, we must think about which of the two groups can promise us justice."
