    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I will begin by thanking hon. Members for their contribution, those who supported and those who opposed. One very sad aspect of this debate is that it has been clouded by a Bill that is yet to be tabled before this House. The debate has been about the Special Tribunal Bill and not about this Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill. I have heard hon. Members talk about their constituents. This is the Assembly of the national leaders of this country. Leaders are supposed to inform themselves so that in turn, they can inform their constituents."
