    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, those who say that they have no faith even in the commissions of inquiry, the Kriegler Commission and Waki Commission were commissions of inquiry under the Commissions of Inquiries Act. But because they were brought about under Agenda Item 4 by the Grand Coalition, we have seen their recommendations being implemented.
