    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have heard colleagues complain about witness protection. I want to give this scenario: If we do not allow the formation of this tribunal, even those witnesses who may go to testify in The Hague will have no protection other than what is there today. We have a Witness Protection Act administered by the Attorney-General and the police yet witnesses who testified before the Waki Commission are now being hounded and not accorded sufficient protection. That is why the tribunal that will be formed will have its own witness protection away from the normal witness protection under the Attorney-General and the police."
