    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I also want to say that if we do not enact this law, and I want to adopt the words of Mr. Onyonka - that our survival, as a nation, really depends on how we deal with the constitutional amendment before the court and, subsequently, with the Special Tribunal Bill. If we do not move forward with courage to ensure that we bring an end to impunity, then, as the Tenth Parliament, we shall have destroyed our nation. We shall have failed to offer leadership to our people. Yes, we can listen to our people, but we can also offer leadership after deeply enquiring into the matters before us, discussing them thoroughly and understanding them."
