    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like the Assistant Minister to tell this House what he is doing to compensate other business people from other areas in this country who were doing business in Kisumu. For example, we had business people from Central Province who were doing business in Kisumu. Their business were destroyed. What is the Government doing to make sure that they are compensated because they are also Kenyans and they have the right to conduct business anywhere in this country?"
