Is the Government trying to run away from its responsibilities in respect of insurance claims, especially with regard to Kenindia, ICEA, Jubilee Insurance Company, among other companies? The situation is very clear that the Assistant Minister is not taking Kisumu seriously. When our people get shot, they do not talk about it. When we are teargassed, he does not talk about it.
