Member that this afternoon, we made a decision to the effect that electricity to the Jua Kali Association (Plot No.14) will be connected by 15th February, 2009. We recognise the work the youths are doing. So, we will not charge them any additional money. We made a decision, as a Ministry, and we have communicated the same to the KPLC. Work will be done before 15th February, 2009."
