    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I think the answers I gave in part “b” addressed the issues of the youth, for example, Kazi Kwa Vijana (KKV). It specifically addresses the issues of the youth. The initiative by the Department of Micro and Small Enterprises in my Ministry addresses the issue of the youth. The Youth Enterprise Development Fund (YEDF) has a lot of money channeled to the youth by the Government to start businesses to create employment. Therefore, most of these things target the youth. The hon. Member is also a good investor in Turkana and we are very happy that he is creating employment in Turkana. This is an issue we are going to address in a multi- sectoral way."
