    "content": "Order hon. Members! The Rt. Hon. Prime Minister is going to deal with a matter that may very well be very involving in terms of time. Therefore, we will proceed this way; we will take requests for Statements first for those Members who have already given due notice for requests. We will defer any other Statements that are due for delivery to next Tuesday and after we have taken the requests, we will then move on and go to the Prime Minister’s Time. The Prime Minister will then deliver his Statement."
