    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, with respect to the issues that were raised by Mr. Namwamba, I do not think I have anything to respond to. I would however, want to say that the Chair should scrutinize all these papers that have been laid on the Table, including e-mails, to establish their authenticity so that we do not drag the names of citizens who have no means of defending themselves in this House, including that of the First Lady. I think we should be careful as a House not to engage in a lynch exercise that destroys people who have no means of defending themselves."
