    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is also true that if this country wants to be seen, at the international level, as upholding the rule of law and democracy, at the very minimum, we must demonstrate that we are in charge of our own affairs. We are not going to invite international courts to deal with us because we have failed. If we think that we can actually fail and allow impunity to continue, then our unity as a country will be substantially damaged. Our reputation and all the other goals that we have set to achieve as the Coalition Government will be in serious jeopardy."
