On 7th September, 2011, just a day before the House went on recess, I had requested the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security to give a Ministerial Statement regarding the fluid security situation in Isiolo. Since then, the situation has deteriorated. This is a matter in the public realm and I would like the Minister to provide that Statement."
