    "content": "The fact that we are a signatory to the Rome Convention should not be used to undermine the institutions of this country. What we have in this country is a challenge to show that we can do it locally and fortify ourselves against, perhaps, the fears that have been expressed by other hon. Members. Having signed and domesticated the Rome Convention, the signature alone is an expression of the desire of this country to practise good norms and ensure that there is application of justice in this country. We do not need to take our expressions to The Hague. We should bring them here so that we clean this system as much as possible and put it to test."
