    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we must, therefore, listen to the voice of our people and seal the loopholes that would constrain or impede the smooth application of that legislation. The fight for Independence came with responsibility that we have the capacity to clean our own house. As leaders, we cannot run away from that responsibility. We have to catch the bull by the horn. Let us, therefore, not erect roadblocks in the path of that legislation."
