    "content": "(b) I am not aware that any bank, or oil marketer, is singly or jointly planning to institute bankruptcy proceedings on the KPC. The Government has, however, been in constant consultations and has held several discussions with the banks and the oil marketers. Further, the Government has mobilised its investigative agencies, including the Kenya Anti-corruption Commission (KACC) and the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) to ensure that the matter is fully investigated. The KPC has also appointed PriceWaterHouseCoopers to conduct a thorough forensic audit of the issues surrounding the Triton case."
