The Customs Department officials are on record as saying that they lost Kshs2.5 billion and the Assistant Minister is saying that he is not aware of this. Would I be in order to request the Chair to ask him to go and come back with an answer to confirm or deny that, indeed, the Customs Department lost Kshs2.5 billion in this scam?"
