The Ewaso Nyiro North Development Authority (ENNDA) is scheduled to drill and equip one borehole in Nkutuk Ongiron and rehabilitate Sere-Olipi dam in the current financial year 2008/2009. May I call upon the beneficiaries of water schemes countrywide to protect those facilities against vandalism."
