    "content": "The first is a breakdown at the refinery. The refinery produces 70 per cent of the country's Super petrol requirement and the balance of 30 per cent is imported through Kipevu Oil Storage Facility. On 19th January, 2009, one of the two Kenya Petroleum Refineries platformer complexes which produces Super petrol broke down. The refinery immediately informed the industry on its inability to restore production due to this breakdown and requested it to make arrangements for importation of additional quantities of Super petrol, until the complex is repaired."
