    "content": "Mr Deputy Speaker, Sir, even as we remove the petrol tankers from the roads, an exercise I would commend, may I bring to the Minister's attention the fact that the pipeline passes through some residential neighbourhoods. Indeed, in a place like Mukuru kwa Njenga, the pipeline has in excess of 1,000 structures built on it or besides it. In view of what the Minister has said, could he clarify what they will do so that this tragedy waiting to happen does not happen?"
