    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, with regard to the capacity enhancement project, it is true that the capacity design was for 880 million litres per hour up from the current 440 million litres per hour. That design capacity has not been realised because of some challenges that we face at Kipevu where the oil enters the pipeline system. Currently, some engineering work is being done at PS No.14 at Kipevu which is scheduled to be completed in August, this year. Once that work is completed, we have been assured by the engineers and the consultants that we shall realise the capacity of 880 million litres per hour."
