    "content": "With regard to the Triton affair, I would like that to be understood for what it is. Triton was a theft just like there can be a theft at the bank as a result of collusion by an outsider and an insider. However, that does not increase interest rates or other lending procedures within the bank. So, we are treating the Triton affair as an isolated theft within the petroleum system."
