    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am saying that nothing before this House is contrary to the Constitution. The Bill that I seek to move today has gone through the First Reading. This House most graciously consented to shortening the publication period to one day. If there was anything amiss, why did Parliament give leave? Parliament ought not to act in vain. They gave leave to shorten the period; denied leave to go to the second stage on the same day. We are now on a different day. I think this is a matter that you can give direction immediately to pave way for the moving of this Motion without any filibustering."
