    "content": "We cannot run away from our constitutional duty to enact a Bill which is properly before the House just because Mr. Imanyara is talking about a timeline which has been given by an entity which is not recognised under the law. There is no entity that has given that timeline. Basically, what we have in the Waki Report are recommendations. As a sovereign nation, we can comply with those recommendations or we can chose not to comply with those recommendations."
