    "content": "With those few words, I therefore, request that you rule that this Motion is not properly presented before the House and that the matter is so grave that all interested groups--- What is the rush? If you were in a hurry at that time and you wanted to beat the deadline, then you should not have come one day to the deadline. You should have utilised all the time you took before we came here. Now that you have defeated yourselves, you should give Kenyans an opportunity to debate this important issue. There is the Law Society of Kenya and other professional bodies in this country and the civil society groups who have pertinent issues that they would like to raise on this Floor."
