    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this Bill seeks to amend the Constitution and pave way for Parliament to enact, by a statute of Parliament, and notwithstanding any other provisions of our Constitution, to establish a Special Tribunal with the exclusive jurisdiction, in accordance with that statute that Parliament will establish, to investigate, prosecute and determine cases against persons responsible, in one word, for the post election violence."
