What is before the House is the Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill. However, in my view, the hon. Member is already trying to create doubts and fears in the minds of other hon. Members and the citizenry about the Bill itself. He is not remembering that a Constitutional Bill on the Floor is not amendable. However, the statute Bill is amendable and we can address his fears when we come to it. Is he in order?"
