How will that person who died go to the Hague? I have been told about air tickets but is that the spirit? Is he going to the Hague? Who will be able to speak for him? Who wil speak by him and who will stand by him? Therefore, I want as a country, to respect our sovereignty by acknowledging that we are signatories to the International Criminal Court (ICC) Charter."
