    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am looking at this amendment and I am wondering whether we have any protection for the witnesses who will come to testify in the tribunal. I am remembering that because, sometimes, we have the habit of forgetting history. What happened in 1990 when one of the Ministers in the Government was killed? After that, a Commission of Inquiry was established and, slowly by slowly, all the witnesses were extinguished! All of them! Today, we want to bring this statute and create the tribunal. We say in the statute that we do not have any clause that is going to protect those witnesses!"
