    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to acknowledge that I had an opportunity to see this section of the roads. Indeed, it is in a deplorable condition. We will do everything possible to make it motorable. I hope that within the next two weeks, we will embark on emergency repairs of the road to ensure that water is currently on the road, together with all the things that have virtually accumulated there over the years, is removed. As Members may be aware, roads within municipalities and the city council were previously maintained by the respective councils. However, after the reforms within the Ministry, that work has been transferred to the Ministry. It is true that sometimes there was delay in handing over some of these projects. This particular road falls within that category. However, we are committed to ensure that we have a lasting solution to this road."
