We have a problem, particularly for school going children who have to go round to access schools on the other side of town. Could the Assistant Minister, probably, put in place arrangements to at least deal with the bridge first before he talks about the link road? Could the Kshs35 million be availed as a matter of urgency to complete the bridge first and then the link road can be done later?"
