    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, Masinga Dam, which is the biggest reservoir, is located in my district. The towns near the dam do not have power, particularly Masinga Constituency, Yatta, parts of Mavoloni and Ndalani. When Kenya Power and Lighting Company was putting the high voltage cables to Nairobi, they never compensated those farmers. To date they have not been compensated and they do not have power.
