    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the second point I would like to respond to is that, the Mara Conservancy, that is the organisation we are talking about, was set up seven years ago. It was an agreement between the County Council of Mara, that group of people and the group ranch. On the sharing of revenue collected, it was agreed that on the 15th of every month, 41 per cent of the revenue collected goes to Trans Mara County Council, 19 per cent goes to the group ranch and the balance is retained for the conservancy for the purposes of operating and maintaining roads, equipment and salaries for the functions that they entered into in that contract."
