Members that we adopted the very same procedure of shortening the period of publication of the Bill when we ushered in the National Accord that brought in the Grand Coalition Government and also, last year after consultations that necessitated publication of a new Bill for the Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill in accordance with the Kriegler Report."
