    "content": "The Grand Regency Hotel is the property of the people of Kenya. The purpose of disposing of the hotel was for Kenyans to gain. However, as this Report indicates, there is more than we can imagine. I will spare a little time to highlight areas of concern that we must address. As legislators, we must address the issue of impunity, corruption and the looting of resources of this country by a few people who want to enrich themselves."
