Member to appreciate that it is not the responsibility of the Ministry of Education to designate hardship areas. That is why I have tabled the letter which is self-explanatory from the Ministry of State for Public Service indicating that they are in the process of reviewing those areas. Maybe, this Question is best placed to be answered by the Ministry of State for Public Service."
