    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I stand here on a matter of principle. I am here to advocate for justice and talk against the impunity I have just talked about. The sale of the Grand Regency Hotel was a matter of economic sabotage of our country and its people. It was, indeed, immoral and injustice to the people of Kenya. The Grand Regency Hotel was built 20 years ago using public money. The best the Executive could have done was to sell the property to the people of Kenya. There are co-operative societies and other institutions which could have bought the hotel. The people of Kenya should have been given priority when the hotel was being sold."
