    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, Mr. Wanjohi, as underlined here on page 3 said that, the valuation of the Hotel was carried out by another valuer, Lloyd Masika from the Central Bank of Kenya in February 2008. But the CBK did not disclose the content of that valuation up to date. So, whether they valued it for Kshs10 billion, we do not know. That is because it has never been disclosed. He further informed the Committee that Kamlesh Pattni had the entire 13th Floor of the complementary rooms where he would accommodate his guests for free, except for meals. As a result, he had a debt of Kshs7 billion."
